Every Fill imports Fuelly CSV files for free: the fuelly.com web export, the Fuelly iPhone app's export (including services and multi-vehicle files) and Fuelly's import template. Any other CSV file goes through a column-matching step. You see a preview before anything is saved, and duplicate rows are skipped. Fuelly import guides →
See your backup.
Every Fill backs up automatically to the app's own folder in your iCloud Drive, and always before an import. The main screen shows when the last backup ran and whether it's OK, iCloud is off, iCloud is full, or it failed. You can also save a backup file anywhere in Files and restore from it.

Export everything as CSV files plus your receipt photos, free, whenever you like.

- Fill-ups and charging: full, partial and missed fill-ups, with economy calculated from full tank to full tank. Gas, diesel and electricity (kWh), with cost per km or mile.
- Your units, for each vehicle: km or miles, liters or gallons, L/100 km, km/L, MPG (US or UK), and any currency. UK mixed units (miles and liters) work too.
- Services: cost and a receipt photo for each service, with presets for cars and motorbikes.
- Reminders by date or distance, whichever comes first. A recurring reminder moves forward when you log the matching service.
- Stats: economy trend, spending per month and cost per distance.
